"). However, this did not stop the creators, and quite quickly even the most ardent "screamers" began to use new products, having previously experienced a sudden attack of amnesia.

The model, called SE-3 Patroller, is designed to solve several problems at once. First, it must convince skeptics that such a vehicle has the right to life (many are still afraid of the two-wheeled predecessors of the novelty). Secondly, SE-3 Patroller should somewhat strengthen the company's position in the market, which is experiencing quite strong pressure from competitors. Thirdly, the Segway needs "fresh blood" and expansion of the scope of application, because you can't earn much on enthusiasts.

SE-3 Patroller is designed for use in security agencies, police structures and the army. At the same time, the company is silent about how well some design qualities (relatively low speed and some restrictions on maneuverability) are combined with the requirements for mobility, reliability and high speeds, usually imposed on special vehicles.

Some design features

It is assumed that all data regarding the current operating parameters of the Segway will be transmitted to a special display (4-5 inches), and anti-roll limiters and independent hydraulic brakes will be integrated into the design itself. Electronics will receive its own operating OS, it will be possible to charge personal gadgets, and some modifications will acquire built-in GPS.

The idyllic picture, as often happens, can be destroyed by the estimated price of the novelty, which is expected at the level of 12-15 thousand dollars.
